Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days, NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not contact us within 3 days of receipt, your return will be rejected for any store credit.

Send pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to jfconstruction11@yahoo.com including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.

Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line. Include the first and last name, order #, and the product name.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Sale items in the category "EGGS-CELLENT DEALS" do not qualify for returns.

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only. A tracking number must be provided when a return is sent. 

Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
